A First Try at Homemade Chevre - Love that Goat Cheese



Started this yesterday and finished the process this afternoon.  Fresh, raw goat milk, chevre flavored with garlic, onion and parsley. The texture is grainier that it should be, but the flavor is delicious. It be yummy

sprinkled on our dinner salad.
