Let the Canning Begin

These are our first canned green beans of the season along with our first, freshly-dug garden potatoes.  

The green beans s were picked yesterday afternoon; the potatoes were harvested just a few minutes ago.  No pesticides, no GMO's.  Just fresh, nutritious produce.  Satisfying work and mouthwatering results.
