Two Nice Breeder Piglets Leave for New Farm Homes

Updated: Oct 7, 2020

The last two piglets from Erma and Leo's August litter, left for their new farm homes today. The gilt, CMG Maya Angelou, will be joining Erica Gore's herd at Hock Newberry Farm in Culpeper, Virginia. The boar, CMG Stephen King, will be owned by Adam DeGraff of DeGraff Family Farm in Lewisburg, West Virginia. This young boar will become the foundation boar for the Degraff's new American Guinea Hog herd.

It was nice to reconnect with Erica today. We had not seen each other since 2016 when we worked together to bring four wonderful AGH back from Ohio.
